Where is a good place to go back to school clothing shopping in Costa Mesa?
I live in Costa Mesa, CA so anything near there would be nice. I can also get to Irvine Spectrum, The Block at Orange and Fashion Island. I'm going to be having about $700 to work with. Thanks in advance. :) I'm sixteen, just in case you were wondering.

Well, I moved up to San Francisco in 2004. But if my memory serves me correctly, fashion Island is definitely the best option for a wide range of selections for back to school clothing. Lot more retail stores to choose from, but it can be a bit pricey. Start out at Robinson May ( well that is what it was when I was there, but I heard they were bought out and all are being changed to Macy's). Since you live in Costa Mesa, I assume you already looked at South Coast Plaza and didn't see anything you like. As for "The Block", i remember that there were several stores, but it isn't really a place where I would go for shopping. I think it is geared more toward hanging out, eating, watching a movie, playing, checking out items, meeting new people, etc. The mall I actually like to go shopping at with great prices and wide selections was westminster mall. For you, you might want to check out forver 21, gap, american eagle outfitters, JC penny, Hollister, etc. It was also the only place that I knew that had Orange Julius. Hopefully it is still there.
