you would have to contact them and ask them that. you can also search it using google or any other search engine. If you do call, usually they are easily reached and you can actually talk to a real person rather than a machine.

No, you have to be at least 18. 13 is too young to work anywhere here in OC unless you want to work for some creepy Mexican guy.
