It depends what your looking for in the martial arts.Fitness, art expression or actual selfdefence application. I know it sound odd but not all martial arts meet all three. what may look good may overcomplicated for actual selfdefence application. Krav maga is a good self defense system but is not as appealing as tae kwon do's excellent arial kicks, but i wouldn't want to use it on the street.

Google whats in ur area and visit the schools. Ask the instructors the uestions u may have. Then decide which one is right for u.
